Our faculty member, Dr. Ido Hartogsohn's was awarded (20/6/2022) with Bar Ilan's Rector's Prize for Scientific Innovation. The prestigious award was given in recognition of Hartogsohn's groundbreaking work on the role of sociocultural context in shaping drug effects, including the publication of his book American Trip: Set, Setting and the Psychedelic Experience in the Twentieth Century (MIT Press, 2020) and his series of columns covering psychedelic research and culture in the Israeli newspaper Haaretz.
